These terms apply to Guardian My Life websites and internal tools. By using these services, you agree to use them lawfully and consistently with these terms.
Educational information
Website, journal and video content is educational and is not a guarantee of coverage, price, eligibility, approval or benefits. Product availability, underwriting and terms vary by person, state and carrier. Guardian My Life is an independent insurance producer brand and not an insurance carrier.
YouTube features
Features that connect with YouTube use YouTube API Services and are also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service, Google Privacy Policy, YouTube Community Guidelines and YouTube API Services policies.
- Only authorized users may connect a channel or approve an upload.
- A user uploading content must confirm that the content is owned or properly licensed and complies with YouTube's Community Guidelines.
- Guardian My Life does not guarantee that YouTube will accept, process, publish or retain any video.
- YouTube metadata and status must be represented as returned by YouTube and must remain distinguishable from information measured by Guardian My Life.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security controls, upload unlawful or unlicensed content, impersonate another person, or use the service to evade platform restrictions.
Privacy and authorization
Our Privacy Policy describes information handling and YouTube authorization. Google access can be revoked through Google Account third-party connections.
Intellectual property
Guardian My Life branding and original content remain the property of their respective owners. Third-party names, marks and services remain the property of those third parties.
Availability and changes
Services may be changed, suspended or interrupted for security, maintenance, platform requirements or other operational reasons. We may update these terms and will identify the current version by its effective date.
